Vehicle glass is one of the most vulnerable points on any car. In a smash-and-grab attack, unprotected tempered glass shatters instantly — giving a thief immediate access to the cabin in seconds. ShardLock is a high-tensile polyamide laminate bonded to the interior surface of vehicle glass. When the window is struck, ShardLock holds the shattered fragments together, keeping the window in place and significantly slowing or stopping forced entry. It is virtually invisible once installed, has no impact on driver visibility or in-vehicle camera systems, and is backed by certifications to UL 972 and ASTM standards.
