The ShardLock system addresses glass vulnerability at every position on the vehicle. ShardLock protects side windows against forced entry and attack, while ShardLock Anti-Spall protects front and rear glass from fragmentation during collisions or impacts — together delivering complete occupant protection from shattered glass.
When installed on the side windows, the ShardLock system holds shattered glass together and keeps the window in place after impact, slowing or stopping forced entry and containing dangerous fragments. ShardLock is the primary line of defense against smash-and-grab attacks and targeted assaults.
ShardLock Anti-Spall prevents glass fragmentation and protects occupants from laceration injuries to the face, neck, and eyes. Optically clear with minimal distortion, ShardLock Anti-Spall has no impact on driver visibility or in-vehicle camera systems. ShardLock Anti-Spall provides elite protection in the event of a collision or frontal impact.

Tempered vehicle glass is engineered to shatter into small fragments on impact — a safety feature that becomes a serious liability in the event of a break-in or attack. An unprotected window offers no meaningful resistance once broken: fragments scatter, entry is immediate, and occupants are exposed to injury.
ShardLock bonds directly to the interior surface of existing vehicle glass. When the glass is struck, the system holds the shattered fragments together as a cohesive unit — keeping the window in place, slowing or stopping forced entry, and preventing glass pieces from becoming projectiles inside the cabin.
